According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Town of…
According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Town of Marshall man was arrested for an Order of Protection Violation that occurred while he was incarcerated at the Oneida County Correctional Facility. On June 23rd, 2026, it was discovered that the suspect had violated an order of protection while he was incarcerated at the Oneida County Correctional Facility. It was alleged that the suspect had violated the order of protection by making multiple phone calls to the protected party from inside the jail.
Due to the nature of the complaint, Investigators assigned to the Criminal Investigation Unit were also assigned to work the case. The phone calls in question were completed on a recorded line and were reviewed. There were two separate phone calls made on June 17th while the order of protection was in effect.
On June 23rd 2026, Dennis M. Stackhouse, age 41 of Marshall, was located and charged with:
Two Counts of Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree ( E Felony) Two Counts of Tampering with a Witness 4th (A Misdemeanor)Two Counts of Aggravated Harassment 2nd ( A Misdemeanor)
Stackhouse was brought to the Law Enforcement building where he was booked and processed. Stackhouse was brought for arraignment at CAP court. Stackhouse was ultimately held on his charges.
